SPEAK OUT

Our school has started a SPEAK OUT prorgram. The program is suppose to stop bullying. I don't think it would really work. They might get an actual case of bullying but people would probably start to use the program to bully someone. The program is worth keeping even if it helps one person but the school should make it the person fill out at least their i.d. number so that way they could find the person who makes the report so that way they can verify the story that was reported.

Everyone who hasn't had their head under a rock, has heard of the recent earthquakes in Haiti and how we're all trying so hard to help them. But first some background on Haiti.
Haiti is an island nation that shares the island with the Dominican Republic. It's the second oldest Republic nation in the Western hemisphere after the United States. It gainded it's independence from France on January 1st, 1804.
Some thoughts I have on the Haiti crisis we're having now, is that we need to help. It's the humane and right thing to do. We need to find a way to get the supplies they need to the people who really need it. We need to find everyone that is still caught under the rubble. Rescuers are still pulling out survivors from under the rubble, even though it's been 10 DAYS!! It's amazing that rescuers are still finding people. Everylast one of us should do something to help.

In 10 years......

In 10 years I will be a graduate of college and hopefully on my way to my career in the medical field as a nurse or a psychologist. I will be living in an apartment, with a room mate. The hospitable or building I would work in would be in a reasonable commute time from my appartment. I would live close to Bedford but far enough away to prevent my family from seeing me often.
